Thank you for registering your group for ENGAGE Missions Camp! We missed seeing everyone at camp last year. I hope and pray that you and your group have been able to refocus and renew your faith during this past year in the midst of the pandemic. I can’t believe it’s been almost two years since we have been together. With that being said, your ENGAGE Camp leadership team is anxiously looking forward to hosting ENGAGE Camp this year. We can’t wait to see all that God has in store for all of us during the week of July 18–22.

Now that you have submitted your group registration, there are a series of steps that you will need to follow to complete your registration and to prepare everyone for this incredible week of camp.  Below you will find instructions for what to do next.

1. Read the FAQ form. Be sure to share all of this information with your adult and student participants. Hopefully all/most of your questions will be answered here. If you still have questions, feel free to email Travis at tmccormick@absc.org.
2. Register each of your students and adult volunteers by name on the individual registration form. The individual registrations are due no later than Friday, July 8.
3. Download and print off a copy of the medical/release form for all adult and student participants. These forms must be signed and turned in when you arrive at the camp. 
4. Download and print off a “What to Bring” list for each participant.
5. Everyone 18 and over must fill out a background check. Have each of your adults go to absc.org/engagecamp and click on the form button. Then click on the background check button and fill out the information requested.  This is for everyone 18 and over, even if they are student participants.  No adult (18 and over) will be allowed to participate without a background check. 
6. You will receive (by email) your group ministry project assignments by Friday, July 15. You will know where your group will be working and what, if any, supplies you will need to bring. 
7. Pay your remaining balance on line before you arrive or bring a check with you when you check in. 
8. Check-in at Camp Paron on Monday, July 18 beginning at 1:30.
